DMB Coaching and Consulting, LLC was founded by Donna Murray-Brown, a nationally respected nonprofit leader with decades of experience advancing mission-driven organizations at the local, state, and national levels. Donna's career has included transformative roles—first as President and CEO of a major statewide nonprofit association and later as an inaugural Vice President of Strategy and Development at a national nonprofit infrastructure organization.
Her journey from the financial services industry as a Vice President and Community Reinvestment Act Director to the nonprofit sector was sparked by a desire to create more equitable systems—deep respect for the people and organizations doing the hard, human work of social impact. Having led teams through growth, disruption, and reinvention, Donna understands that mission alone isn't enough. Organizations thrive when their people thrive.
